The role is designed for someone at the beginning of their marketing career, so you are not expected to already be an expert. However, you should be proactive, creative, comfortable learning new tools and genuinely interested in developing a career in marketing.

AI is actively used within the business, and you will be encouraged to use tools such as generative AI to support research, content creation, campaign development and marketing analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities

·       Supporting website and landing page updates

·       Creating lead generation campaigns and downloadable resources

·       Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key marketing metrics

·       Supporting the planning and promotion of events, conferences and exhibitions

·       Helping coordinate event logistics and post-event follow-up activity

·       Using AI tools to support content, research, campaign testing and analysis

·       Supporting wider marketing projects as the business continues to grow

Candidate Expectations

We are looking for someone who:

·       Has the right to live and work in England

·       Achieved a C/4 in GCSE English or maths

·       Is educated to A-level or degree level in synergistic subjects (we cannot enrol anyone with a marketing degree for funding and eligibility reasons)

·       Has a genuine interest in marketing, digital media and communications

·       Has strong written English and communication skills

·       Is confident using social media

·       Has some experience using Canva or similar design software

·       Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT

·       Is proactive, organised and willing to learn

·       Has good attention to detail

·       Is comfortable working within a small and ambitious team

·       Can commute to the Maidstone office three days per week

·       Has the right to live and work in the UK

Any experience of marketing, content creation, paid advertising, video editing, website management or analytics would be beneficial but is not essential.

The Apprenticeship

Alongside your employment, you will complete the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship will help you develop practical knowledge and skills across areas such as:
